When should I book?
As early as September. Most installs happen in October and November, and the best dates fill first.
Do you offer free quotes?
Yes. We design and quote for free — many homes can be quoted from photos, larger properties on site.
Installation
Will you put holes in my house?
No. Lights are fastened with plastic clips made for eavestroughs and shingles.
When will the lights turn on?
On the date you choose — many clients pick after Remembrance Day or December 1.
Can you install in snow?
Light snow is fine. In storms or icy conditions we reschedule for crew safety.
During the season
What if a bulb or strand goes out?
Message us — service calls are free all season.
Who controls the timer?
We set timers; you can override them any time.
After the holidays
When do you take them down?
In January, weather permitting.
Where are my lights stored?
In our warehouse, tested, coiled and labelled with your name.
