Not included in standard home cleaning: biohazard or mould remediation, exterior windows above the second storey, and moving heavy furniture. We will tell you who to call.

Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients use a key or lockbox; access is confirmed in writing before the first visit.
Do you bring supplies and equipment?
Yes — HEPA vacuums, microfibre and labelled products. Prefer your own products? Just tell us.
Will I get the same cleaner?
Teams stay as consistent as possible so they learn your home, your preferences and your pets.
What if something is missed?
Tell us within 24 hours and that item on the checklist is re-cleaned.
Can you work around pets and allergies?
Yes. Fragrance-free products and HEPA filtration are available on request.
