How It Works

A Clear Three-Step Process

Details first, then a site walk to check grading, drainage, access and base conditions, then the build once the scope is approved.

02
Before Pricing

Site Walk

We look at grading, drainage, access, base conditions, and finish requirements before quoting.

Once Approved

Build

We prep, install, clean up, and complete the project with a clear scope and no shortcuts.

Why It Matters

The Finish Is Only As Strong As The Base Under It

Asphalt and concrete both fail the same way when the base underneath isn't right — cracking, heaving, and standing water usually trace back to skipped grading, poor compaction, or drainage that was never corrected. We review slope, soil conditions, and water flow before any finish surface goes down, because a surface poured on a weak base rarely lasts as long as it should.

Common Situations

Problems We Help Solve

Illustrative scenarios showing how typical requests are scoped. They are examples, not client reviews.

Driveway

Cracked Or Settling Driveway

We check base depth, compaction, and where water sits after rain, then advise whether a repair will hold or the base needs rebuilding.

Heaved Or Uneven Slabs

Lifted or sunken slabs usually point to base or frost movement. A new pour is planned with slope away from the house and proper joints.

Commercial

Worn Parking Lot

For an aging lot we assess whether the existing base can take an overlay, and plan staging around access and operating hours.

Drainage

Standing Water After Rain

Pooling near a driveway or foundation is traced to grade and runoff first, with options such as regrading, a swale, or a French drain.
