Plumbing · drains · water heaters

See the plumbing behind your walls.

Most homeowners never see their pipes until something goes wrong. We trace leaks, drains and water heater problems to the source, show you the main shut-off, the backwater valve, the sump pump — and explain the fix before we start.

Basement protection

Toronto now covers up to 80% of flood protection

  • A licensed contractor, plumbing permit and City inspection are required
  • Amounts and rules change — confirm current terms with the City first
