Drain services

From slow sinks to main lines

Drain cleaning

Sinks, tubs, floor drains and main lines cleared.

Camera inspection

See inside the line before choosing a fix.

Hydro jetting

High-pressure cleaning for grease and buildup.

Sewer line repair

Cracked, collapsed or root-damaged lines.

Flood protection

Two devices that protect a basement

Backwater valve

Sits on the main drain under the floor and closes when the city sewer backs up, so sewage can’t flow into your basement.

Sump pump

Collects groundwater from around the foundation and pumps it away from the house — a battery backup keeps it running in a power cut.

Toronto’s subsidy covers up to 80% — up to $1,600 per backwater valve, $2,250 for a sump pump and $300 for battery backup, to $6,650 per property (since May 1, 2026). A licensed contractor, permit and City inspection are required.

When snaking isn’t enough

Grease and scale coat the whole pipe wall. Jetting scours it clean instead of punching a hole through the blockage.
