Where We Spray

Spray Foam For Every Type Of Building

The same technology, applied very differently: a basement rim joist, a dairy barn and a steel warehouse each need their own foam type, thickness and preparation.

Two Foams, Different Jobs

Closed-Cell Or Open-Cell?

Closed-cell (medium density, about 2 lb) is rigid, has a higher R-value per inch and resists moisture — the usual choice for basements, rim joists, crawl spaces, exterior walls and metal buildings.

Open-cell (light density, about 0.5 lb) is softer and expands more — used for attic rooflines, interior walls and sound control where moisture exposure is low.

Why Spray Foam

What Spray Foam Does For A Canadian Building

Seals Air Leaks

Foam expands into gaps, joints and penetrations, cutting the drafts that make homes and shops hard to heat.

Holds Heat In Winter

High R-value per inch helps in tight spaces like rim joists, cathedral ceilings and thin-framed walls.

Controls Condensation

Closed-cell foam on steel and concrete keeps warm, moist air off cold surfaces — a common problem in metal buildings.

Adds Rigidity

Closed-cell foam bonds to the substrate and stiffens the assembly it is applied to.

Quieter Rooms

Open-cell foam in interior walls and ceilings helps reduce sound moving between rooms.

Clear Documentation

Every quote lists the foam type, target thickness and any thermal or ignition barrier the space needs.
