Year-Round Work

Spraying Through A Canadian Winter

Spray foam can be installed in winter with the right preparation. Material is kept conditioned in a heated rig, hoses are heated to the gun, and substrate temperature and dew point are checked before each pass.

  • Winter-grade closed-cell products where suitable
  • Temporary heat and enclosure for cold buildings
  • Manufacturer temperature limits always respected

Open-cell foam has tighter temperature limits, so some jobs are scheduled for warmer conditions or heated spaces.
